Returns & Refund Policy

At Pacific Edge Basketball Academy (PEBA), every apparel item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong colour or product

• General wear and tear

Please refer to the product sizing guide before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist.

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
